                            JUDGMENT

Dated this the 28th day of June, 2024 The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:-

"i) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ order of direction quashing Exhibit P2.
ii) To stay the operation and implementation of Ext.P2.
iii) To direct the 3rd respondent to draw electric line in the shortest route for providing electric connection to respondents 4 & 5.
iv) The petitioner also prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispense with the English translation of the documents produced in the Vernacular Language."

2. When this writ petition came up for hearing today, Counsel on either side submit that the parties have agreed for grant of electricity connection through the shortest route.

3. In view of the above, the KSEBL can now grant electricity connection to respondents 4 and 5.

4. In view of the unanimity in the matter, Ext.P2 order of the 2nd respondent is set aside. The 3rd respondent is directed to expeditiously give electricity connection to respondents 4 and 5 through the shortest route, as expeditiously as possible, and ant any rate, within a period of two weeks.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
