JUDGMENT
Dated this the 28th day of June, 2024 The petitioner has approached this Court seeking to permit the petitioner to regularise the loan account by paying the arrears due to the respondent-Kerala Bank, in instalments.
2. When this writ petition came up for hearing, this Court passed an interim order on 30.04.2024 directing the petitioner to remit an amount of ₹5 lakhs to the respondent within a period of two weeks.
3. It is an admitted position that the petitioner has not remitted the said amount. The petitioner's prayer is to pay the amount in instalments. The petitioner has failed to pay ₹5 lakhs as per the direction from this Court. W.P.(C)No.16413 of 2024 :3:
The petitioner is therefore not entitled to any further discretionary relief from this Court. The writ petition is therefore dismissed.
