JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed with following prayers :
"1 Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose Exhibit P2 application submitted by the petitioner in the light of judgment of this Hon'ble Court in Kizhakkambalam Grama Panchayath v. Mariyumma reported in 2015 (2) KLT 516 within a reasonable period which this Honourable court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and circumstances of the case.
2. Issue such other writ or orders or directions, which this Honourable court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and circumstances of the case." [sic]
2. Based on Ext.P1 order under the Kerala Land Utilization Order, Ext.P2 application is filed before the WP(C) NO. 28528 OF 2018 3 Village Officer under Sec.6A of the Kerala Land Tax Act. The prayer in this writ petition is to consider the same. The Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner has to submit the application before the Tahsildar (LR) under Sec.6A of the Kerala Land Tax Act. If that is the case, this writ petition need not be retained here. The petitioner is free to file appropriate application under Sec.6A of the Kerala Land Tax Act, if the correction of entry is not made out so far.
Granting liberty to the petitioner to do the needful in accordance with law, this writ petition is closed.
