ORDER
In this revision petition filed under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner challenges the legality, propriety and correctness of the judgment of the appellate court in Crl.Appeal No.86 of 2013, which was filed under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. As per the said judgment, the 1st respondent is entitled to get monthly maintenance at the rate of Rs.5,000/- from the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo stating that the petitioner expired on 03.01.2018. Nobody has so far come forward to prosecute this revision petition. Therefore, this revision petition is dismissed as abated.
