13864/2024 by a period of three months from 06.05.2024.

This is an application to condone the delay of 19 days in filing the time extension petition.
Heard. Allowed.
I.A No. 1 of 2024 This is an application to extend the time limit prescribed in the judgment dated 05.04.2024 in W.P.(C) No.13864 of 2024 by a period of three months from 06.05.2024.
2. Considering the affidavit filed in support of the I.A., I am inclined to grant one more month to the respondent for compliance of the directions contained in the judgment.
3. Accordingly, the time for compliance of the directions contained in the judgment dated 05.04.2024 in W.P.(C) No.13864 of 2024 is enlarged for a period of one month from today.
I.A. is allowed.
