Even though Sri.Harish Vasudevan appearing for the respondents says that the directions in the judgment have been fully complied with and has filed a memo dated 01/07/2024 producing therewith the copy of cheque for an amount of Rs.1,64,76,009/- Sri.John K.George - learned counsel for the petitioner says that there is an outstanding balance of Rs. 24 lakhs.
