Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to pass an interim direction to the 2nd respondent to receive
1/10th of the legal benefit fund and 1/10th of the appeal fees and to
receive the appeal filed by the petitioners in the file and to number the
Appeal, in the interest of justice.
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/s. M.G.SREEJITH, VIDYAJITH M., BINCY JOSE, ROJIN DEVASSY and JYOTHISH

In view of the judgment reported in 2016 (4)KLT227, there will be an interim order directing the 2nd respondent to accept the Appeal provisionally and subject to further orders in this writ petition.
