        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to pass an interim direction to the 2nd respondent to receive
   1/10th of the legal benefit fund and 1/10th of the appeal fees and to
   receive the appeal filed by the petitioners in the file and to number the
   Appeal, in the interest of justice.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/s. M.G.SREEJITH, VIDYAJITH M., BINCY JOSE, ROJIN DEVASSY and JYOTHISH
