Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 appeal within a time limit
fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice.
This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C), this Court's judgment dated
24/01/2024 in WP C and the letter dated 06/03/2024 received from
