When this matter was called today, Sri.M.Anuroop - learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that, pending this matter, the detenue died of natural causes. He, therefore, requested that this writ petition be allowed to be withdrawn; however, with liberty being reserved to the petitioner to avail other remedies, if any, as per law.

In the afore circumstances, this writ petition is closed as requested, with the afore prayed liberty being left open.
