JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is the holder of a regular permit operating service on the route Arthunkal - Thoppumpady, filed Ext P2 application for replacement of the existing vehicle with later model vehicle.
2. The limited prayer of the petitioner is to give a direction to the respondent to dispose of Ext P2 application.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext P2 application, after hearing the petitioner, in accordance with law, within two months from the date W.P.(C)No.16717/2024 -:3:- of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
