The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that, during the pendency of this matter, another order has been issued by the Government; and therefore, that his client intends to challenge the same. He requested that the Writ Appeal be permitted to be withdrawn; with the afore-requested liberty being reserved.

In the above circumstances, the Writ Appeal is dismissed; with the liberty as aforestated being fully made available to the petitioner, subject to law.
