JUDGMENT
The petitioner was granted regular permit to operate service on the route Chembankolli-Nambooripotty by the Regional Transport Authority Malappuram in the meeting held on 18.12.2023. The permit was granted subject to the settlement of timings. According to the petitioner, even though timing conference was convened on 05.03.2024, it was adjourned without settling the time. The petitioner submitted Ext.P2 representation modifying and rectifying the time schedule for the feasible settlement of timings.
2. The limited prayer of the petitioner is to give a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation and settle the timings.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to settle the timings, taking WP(C) NO. 16634 OF 2024
