JUDGMENT
The petitioner is a stage carriage operator operating service on the route Parakkode-KV Jetty, Ezhamkulam, Anandapally, Thumpamon, Pandalam, Edappon, Mankamkuzhy, Mavelikara, Muttam, Nangiarkulangara route and the permit is issued in respect of stage carriage bearing No.KL-29-K-5573.
2. The petitioner submitted Ext.P3 modified representation before the respondent for route variation. The limited prayer of the petitioner is to give a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 application.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation, after hearing the petitioner and all the affected parties, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
