Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to permit the
petitioner to pay Rs 1,00,000/- within a month and balance amount in 6
monthly instalments, in the interest of justice.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's judgment dated
09.02.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.S.VISWAJITH ANAND,

ORDER
This is an application submitted by the petitioner seeking enlargement of time fixed by this Court while disposing of the writ petition. The learned counsel for the respondent pointed out that, in compliance of the direction passed by this Court, the petitioner remitted Rs.3,00,000/- before 29.02.2024. But, subsequent installment of Rs.3,00,000/- are not being paid. Therefore, the learned counsel for the respondent opposes the application. However, considering the facts and circumstances, I am of the view that, one opportunity can be granted to the petitioner. Therefore, the time for making 2nd installment of Rupees Three lakhs will stand extended for a period of one month from today, subject to condition that, along with the said payment, the other W.P.C.No.4833/24 2 amount became due, as on date as per the judgment passed by this Court shall be paid.
