JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is seeking the arrears of Kshama Batta receivable by him, pertains to his employment as "Shanti" in Thrikangode temple, has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:
"1. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext- P2 representation of the petitioner, within a time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
2. Pass such other further directions in favour of the petitioners as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."
2. It is discernible from the records that the petitioner has already highlighted his grievances in Ext.P2 representation which is now pending before the first respondent.
In such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of, directing that the competent officer under the first WP(C) NO. 33169 OF 2023 3 respondent shall take a decision on Ext.P2 after hearing the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Orders in this regard shall be passed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
