                              JUDGMENT

Dated this the 23rd day of April, 2024 Against an application filed by the 2nd respondent for Environmental Clearence for quarrying, the petitioner has submitted an objection as per Ext.P1. The limited prayer of the petitioner is to direct the 1 st respondent to consider his objection, after giving the petitioner an opportunity of hearing while considering the application for Environmental Clearence of the 2nd respondent.

Taking into consideration the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1 st respondent to consider Ext.P1 objection filed by the petitioner giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, while disposing the application for Environmental clearence submitted by the 2nd respondent.
