Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to suspend the execution of sentence passed by the
Hon'ble VIIth Additional District and Session Court, Ernakulam against the
petititoner vide judgment dated 06/12/2023 in Crl.Appeal No.289/2019 and
the Judgment dated 27/08/2019 in C C No.1223/2011 on the file of the
Hon'ble Judicial First Class Magistrate Court - I, Ernakulam during the
pendency of the above Crl.Revision, so as to secure the ends of justice.
This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and upon hearing the arguments of Sri.P.A.MUJEEB, Advocate for the
petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the Court passed
the following:

Crl.M.A.No.1 of 2024 Execution of sentence is suspended on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two solvent sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial court and on further condition that he shall deposit the fine amount of Rs.500/-, within a period of one month.
