JUDGMENT
Dated this the 19th day of April, 2024 Aggrieved by Ext.P4 order, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P5 appeal before the 2nd respondent. A petition for stay of proceedings pursuant to Ext.P4 order has also been filed as Ext.P6. Petitioner apprehends coercive proceedings to be effected even before the petition for stay is considered. Hence this writ petition.
2. Respondents 1 and 4 appears through counsel.
3. Having considered the submission of the counsel for the petitioner as well as respondents, I am of the opinion that this writ petition itself can be disposed of with a direction.
4. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 stay WP(C) NO.16224 of 2024 3 petition, within a period of one week from today and to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 appeal within a period of two months thereafter. It is also made clear that if the stay petition is not considered within one week, the petitioners will be permitted to participate in the super division tournament.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
