JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for issuance of fresh regular permit as evidenced by Ext.P2 agenda in respect of stage carriage, bearing KL-73-B- 9394, operating on the route Pulpally - Kalpetta, within a time frame.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
3. Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, this Court is of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on W.P.(C.) No.14877 of 2024 3 the petitioner's application for issuance of fresh regular permit as evidenced by Ext.P2, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and affected parties, if any.
The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
