OP (Family Court) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the OP (FC) the High Court be
pleased to direct the respondent to comply with Exts.P3 and P5 judgments
of this Hon'ble Court permitting the petitioner to have the interim
custody of the minor ward as ordered by this Hon'ble Court, till the
disposal of the above Original Petition (F.C).
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the
petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP (FC), this Court's
order dated 12/04/2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. GISA SUSAN

ORDER
S.MANU, JUDGE On 12.04.2024, this Court passed an order directing the parties to appear before this Court today along with the child. Today, the petitioner and respondent are present along with the minor child.
2. We have interacted with the parties and also with the minor child. We find it appropriate to hand over the custody of the minor child for a short period to the petitioner.
3. The respondent shall produce the child before the Chief Ministerial Officer at Family Court, Adoor, on 20.04.2024 at 10.00AM and the custody of the child shall be handed over to the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce the child before the Chief Ministerial Officer at Family Court, Adoor, on 22.04.2024 at 11.00AM and the O.P.(F,C.) No.104 of 2024 ..2..
custody of the child shall be handed over to the respondent.
Post the matter for further consideration on 22.05.2024.
