        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed upon the revision
   petitioner as per Judgment dated 15.02.2024 in Crl.A.No.22/2022 on the
   file of the Sessions Court, Thalassery, in judgment dated 05.01.2022 in
   STC No.7257/2016 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate
   Court, Taliparamba, pending disposal of the Revision in the interest of
   justice.
        This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.CIBI THOMAS, G.KRISHNAKUMARI,
   Advocates for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the first
   respondent, the Court passed the following:

                                            ORDER

Allowed, subject to the condition that the petitioner deposits 20% of the Cheque amount before the trial court within one month from today.
