JUDGMENT
Dated this the 16th day of April, 2024 The petitioner availed a loan from the second respondent bank providing her property as collateral security. On committing default in repayment, the respondent bank initiated recovery proceedings against the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has approached this Court with the above writ petition.
Heard both sides. During the course of hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks one month's time to vacate the premises.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted one month's time as a last chance to vacate the premises. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to vacate the premises on or before 15.05.2024.
The Writ Petition is thus disposed of.
