                            JUDGMENT

This writ is filed seeking for a direction to the 1 st respondent to consider request for concurrence forwarded by the 3rd respondent with respect to the portion of the route lying with the jurisdiction of the 1 st respondent, taking into consideration of Exts.P1 and P3 reports.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that already Exts.P1 and P3 reports were taken by the RTA and taking for the order, the RTA had ordered for the detailed report regarding the scheme Alappuzha- Thaneermukkam.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. WP(C) No.14590 of 2024

4. The learned Government Pleader submits that since the RTA was not satisfied with Exts.P1 and P3 report, the RTA has ordered for further report regarding the same scheme Alappuzha-Thaneermukkam.

This Court cannot find any fault with the RTA for passing Ext.P4 order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the application for a regular permit filed by the petitioner within a period of four months from today.
