JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
(i) To issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 not to interfere with the "Edapparambil Kshethram Trust" taking the laterite stones excavated during the process of digging the temple pond to the Aarattu Kadavu of the temple.
(ii) To pass an order directing the respondents 1 to 4 not to interfere with the "Edapparambil Kshethram Trust" taking the laterite stones excavated during the course of digging temple pond to the "Aarattu Kadavu", pending disposal of the above writ petition (Civil).
(iii) To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 2nd respondent to take immediate and effective action on Ext.P12 representation after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
(iv) To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 3 rd respondent to take immediate and effective action on Ext.P12(a) representation after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his reliefs to the limited extent of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P12 within a time frame.
3. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P12, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
