                            JUDGMENT

~~~~~~~~~ Nagaresh, J.
The petitioner states that the petitioner and detenue are in love and they have intimate relation. When they expressed their intention to get married, the 3 rd respondent-father of the detenue and other family members objected.
2. The petitioner would contend that the detenue was not permitted to attend job at NATPAC, Thiruvananthapuram. The detenue is under illegal detention of the 3 rd respondent and his agents, contends the petitioner.
3. We have heard the matter. We have interacted with the alleged detenue. The alleged detenue appeared W.P.(Crl)No.402 of 2024 :3: before this Court today and submitted that she is not in illegal custody of her parents. She has full freedom to move around. The detenue stated that the detenue is now attending her job at NATPAC, Thiruvananthapuram.
In the circumstances, we find that there is no illegal detention of the alleged detenue. The writ petition fails and it is dismissed.
