The appellant has filed this application for condonation of delay of 585 days in filing the appeal.
2. It is stated that the appellant came to know about the pronouncement of the judgment belatedly, and hence there occurred the delay in filing appeal.
3. Having regard to the above reason stated in the affidavit in support of this application I deem it appropriate to allow condonation of delay subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to the respondents 1 to 3.
4. In the result, the application stands allowed subject to payment of costs Rs.5,000/- to respondents 1 to
