JUDGMENT
Today when the matter came up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer to a direction to the 1 st respondent to consider Ext.P13 representation submitted by her with respect to the protection of the petitioner in the cadre of UPSA and promotion in the cadre of HSA with effect from 01.04.2013. The learned counsel also places reliance upon Ext.P11 judgment passed by this Court and Ext.P12 Government Order issued consequent to Ext.P11. Considering the limited prayer sought by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1 st respondent to take up Ext.P13 and to pass appropriate orders on the same, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after adverting to Exts.P11 judgment and P12 Government Order. While passing orders, petitioner shall be given reasonable opportunity for hearing.
