      Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
limit prescribed in the Judgment in W.P(C) No.19089 of 2019 by a further
period of five months from 04.12.2023.


     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's order dated
06-11-2023 in IA 2/2023 and Judgment dated 06.03.2023 and upon hearing the
arguments of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the Applicants in IA/R1 TO R4 in
WP(C), SRI.K.MOHANAKANNAN, Advocate for R1 TO R5 in IA /Petitioners IN
WP(C), the court passed the following:

                                    ORDER

After going through the affidavit, I am not satisfied the action of the petitioners. In this case, the time to comply the directions are extended twice. Even now, the directions are not complied.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, I think one more chance can be given. Therefore, the time to comply the direction is extended for a further period of five months from 04.12.2023. No further extension will be entertained in this petition.
