JUDGMENT
Being aggrieved by the denial of approval of Ext.P1 bye-law as per Ext.P2 order passed by the 3 rd respondent, the petitioner submitted Ext.P3 appeal petition which is now pending consideration before the 1st respondent. It is pointed out that even though Ext.P3 was submitted as early as on 13.08.2020 and hearing was conducted on 27.06.2023 as evidenced by Ext.P4, orders have not been passed till today. In such circumstances, this writ petition is filed.
2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1 st respondent to finalize the proceedings on Ext.P3 and to consider and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well the the other affected parties, If not already heard. A decision in this W.P.(C) No.15787 OF 2024 3 regard shall be taken up within a period two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
