Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to issue an interim order suspending the execution
of the sentence imposed on the applicants in judgment dated 15.03.2024 in
SC No.1760 of 2019 on the file of the Specail Judge, Special Court for
SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, Kottarakkara, pending final disposal of the above
Criminal Appeal.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.T.SURESHKUMAR, MANJUSHA K,
SREELAKSHMI SABU, Advocates for the petitioners and of the PUBLIC

Crl.M.A.No.1 of 2024 Learned Public Prosecutor to get instructions. Issue notice to the victim of offence through the Station House Officer, Kollam West Police Station and also inform that the matter stands posted to 31.05.2024.
