JUDGMENT
The petitioner, has appointed the 5th respondent as HSST (Maths), on 13.12.2021. However, the approval of the same is declined by the authorities concerned. Being aggrieved by the same, the petitioner submitted Ext.P2 revision petition before the 1st respondent which is pending consideration.
2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to take up Ext.P2 and to pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, the 5 th respondent and any other persons affected if any. A decision in this regard shall be taken up within a period four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
