     OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to
release the vehicle bearing No. KL 07 CC 1629 IN EP NO 40/ 2021 IN O.S
327/2017 of the Principal Munsiff Court, Kochi, till the disposal of the
Original Petition.


     This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
the GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the petitioner, the court passed the following:

Admit. The learned counsel for the respondent appeared.

2. The vehicle attached was already released on kychit to Senior Superintendent, RDO, Fort Kochi. The vehicle attached is the official vehicle of RDO. He is also the returning officer of Ernakulam Constituency for the forthcoming Parliamentary Election.

3. Considering the fact that the RDO requires the vehicle for the day-to-day use, the RDO is permitted to use the vehicle.
