Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to clarify Exhibit P6
pending before the Director General of Education may be considered by the
Government as per the judgment dated 27.02.24
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's final order
dated 27-02-2024 and upon hearing the arguments of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for
the petitioners and SRI. N.RAGHURAJ, SENIOR Advocate for R1, the court
passed the following:

ORDER
This is an application filed by the State for a clarification that as per the judgment Exhibit P6 along with the revision was directed to be considered by the Government.
It is made clear that Exhibit P6 pending before the Director General of Education is to be forwarded to the Government which will be considered along with a revision preferred by the petitioner as directed in the judgment, to avoid two authorities considering the revisions. It is made clear that the Government will consider the revision preferred by the petitioner on the directions of this Court as well as Exhibit P6, within the time granted by this Court.
I.A. is disposed of as above.
