Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay Exhibit P9, pending final disposal of the above Writ
Petition (Civil), in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience.
This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/S HARISH VASUDEVAN, RAJAN VISHNURAJ, A.L.NAVANEETH KRISHNAN & JUHI
JAYAPALAN, Advocates for the petitioner and of Standing Counsel for the
respondents, the court passed the following:

O R D E R
It is submitted by Sri.V.Harish, the learned Counsel for the petitioner in W.P.(C) No.1399 of 2020 that the matter has to be heard urgently as the petitioner has got serious ailments. The learned counsel further submits that the matter is covered by Ext.P8 judgment. Sri.Pramod, the learned Standing Counsel for the Electricity Board, submits that Ext.P8 is not applicable in the facts of this case.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners in W.P. (C) No. 11552 of 2021 seeks adjournment of the matter WP(C) No.1399/2020 3/4 W.P (C) Nos. 1399 OF 2020 & 11522 of 2021 : 2 : after vacation as the matter requires a lengthy hearing.
Considering all these aspects, post the writ petition for hearing on 29.05.2024.
