JUDGMENT
The petitioner was initially appointed as LPST, from 06.06.2019, approval of which was declined by the District Educational Officer. Thereafter, he was shifted to another retirement vacancy of LPST from 01.06.2023. The approval of the same is now pending consideration. Being aggrieved, the petitioner submitted Ext.P9 representation before the 1 st respondent, which is now pending consideration.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to take up Ext.P9 and to pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, the 5th respondent and other affected parties if any.
Orders in this regard shall be passed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
