JUDGMENT
Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 3 rd respondent to effect mutation of the property conveyed in her favour by Ext.P1 sale deed within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.
2. Learned Government Pleader upon instruction submitted that the 3 rd respondent has already submitted necessary report in this regard before the additional 4th respondent and that the proceedings will be finalised within a shortest possible time.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.
After hearing the both sides, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the additional 4 th respondent to finalise the proceedings on the request made by the petitioner for effecting mutation of the property at the earliest, at any rate within an outer limit of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
