Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to suspend the execution of sentence passed vide
Judgment dated 18.03.2024 in Sc No.1059/2019 passed by the Special Judge
for SC/ST(POA) Act & NDPS Act Cases, Manjeri and be further pleased to
enlarge the petitioners on bail, till the disposal of the Crl.Appeal.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.K.DHEERENDRAKRISHNAN, N.P.ASHA,
ABDUSSAMAD K.K. Advocates for the petitioners and of the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR
for the respondent, the court passed the following:

2. The learned Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent.

3. Heard both sides.
4. The execution of the impugned sentence imposed on the petitioners/appellants shall stand suspended and bail granted to them on their executing bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only), each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
The petitioners/appellants shall also deposit the entire fine amount in the Court below within a period of two months from this date.
