A.MUHAMED MUSTAQUE(J) The official respondents submits that they are filing complaint for violation of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 before the competent jurisdictional Magistrate within a week. The said submission is recorded.
2. On filing the complaint, the details of the complaint shall be intimated to the counsel for the appellant before this Court immediately thereon. If the complaint is filed, the appellant is given liberty to move before the Magistrate court to obtain release of the gold ornaments. If such application is filed before the Magistrate, the Magistrate shall consider and pass orders within three weeks of moving such application in accordance with law.
