                                            JUDGMENT

The petitioner challenges Ext.P4 notice dated 30.3.2024 issued by the Panchayat directing them to take a licence and also threatening to close the auditorium in case no licence is produced within seven days of receipt of the notice. The petitioner has not given any reply to Ext.P4 and has filed this writ petition challenging the same.

Without any expression on the merits of the matter, there will be a direction to the petitioner to give a reply to Ext.P4 within ten days from today. Upon receipt of the same, the respondents will pass orders, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, in accordance with law, within three weeks thereafter. Till a decision is taken as directed above and communicated the same to the petitioner, the status quo as on today shall be maintained.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
