Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
of the Judgment and Decree dated 29/09/2023 in O.S No.10/2021 on the file
of the III Additional Sub Court, Ernakulam pending final disposal of the
above Regular First Appeal.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
of SRI.B.SAJEEV KUMAR, SRI.THOMAS JOHN AMBOOKEN, Advocates for the
petitioners, the court passed the following:
ORDER
There will be an interim stay as prayed for on condition that the appellants shall furnish security for the entire decree debt to the satisfaction of the execution Court for a period of one month.
