                         JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 11th day of April 2024) The petitioner is a Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society. The Society has a Head Office at Elampal and four branches. The Board of Directors of the Society by a resolution number 1407 dated 20.10.2021, had resolved the request of the 1st respondent for sanction of additional 1 each posts of Junior Clerk for the four branches and one post of Branch Manager, and a Peon for the Head Office main branch. Ext.P1 is the application submitted by the petitioner to the 1st respondent on 09.11.2021.

2. The limited request of the counsel for the petitioner is a disposal of Ext.P1 within a time frame.

3. Heard the counsel for the petitioner as well as the Government Pleader.

Taking into consideration the limited request of the counsel for the petitioner, I direct the 1st respondent to take up Ext.P1 and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
