ORDER
The specific case of the petitioner is that though in the petition filed by the Government seeking extension of time to comply with the direction in the judgment which is produced as Annexure-A6 time was sought by the department for obtaining a KSRSEC report regarding the existence of the road and the claim of the petitioner, etc., it is without even calling for a KSRSEC report or making any enquiry in that regard, Annexure-A8 order has been issued.
Learned Special Government Pleader (Forests) to file an affidavit as to whether Annexure-A8 order has been issued after undergoing the process as requested for in paragraph 3 of Annexure-A6.
