        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment enabling the respondents to realize and amount of
   Rs.1,33,200/- with 6% interest per annum Rs.3,700/- per month from the
   date of suit till actual surrender of plaint schedule rooms with interest
   at 6% per annum, pertaining to two shop rooms bearing No.20/294 and 20/298
   respectively pending disposal of the above Civil Revision Petition.


        This Application again coming on for again upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dted 14.02.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.MILLU
   DANDAPANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of SRI.V.T.MADHAVANUNNI,
   Advocate for the respondent 1, the court passed the following:
