JUDGMENT
The petitioner who was appointed as a Language Teacher, at Karunaram AUP School, was not granted approval for the appointment, as per Ext.P6. Ext.P8 was passed by the Joint Director of General Education, granting daily wages to the petitioner.
However, the payment on daily wages has not been disbursed so far. In such circumstances Ext.P10 representation has been submitted by the petitioner before the 1st respondent. The limited prayer sought by the petitioner is for consideration of the said representation by the 1st respondent within a time frame.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to take up Ext.P10 and appropriate orders thereon shall be passed in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, within a period two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
