Admit. The learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. Post after summer vacation.
In the meanwhile, there will be an interim stay of operation of Ext.P9, pending disposal of the writ appeal. It is made clear that the interim order shall not stand in the way of the appellants paying the admitted tax due to the respondents and the respondents-Municipality from receiving the same. The payment so made shall be subject to the final outcome of the writ appeal.
