JUDGMENT
Dated this the 5th day of April, 2024 This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers:
"a. To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding to consider Exhibit P, Exhibit P3 and Exhibit P4 representations letter filed by the petitioner before 1st to 3rd respondents at the earliest within a time limit framed by the Hon'ble High Court. b. To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding to 2nd and 3rd respondents to register FIR against the 4th to 10th respondents at the earliest within a time limit framed by this Hon'ble High Court."
2. In response to the writ petition, a detailed statement of facts has been submitted by the 3 rd respondent, wherein it is reported that representations referred in the writ petition considered and the allegations were found in negative. Since the representations were considered, the prayers in the writ petition has become infructuous. WP(C) NO. 10182 OF 2024 4 Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move in accordance with law, if any other remedy is available as per law.
