By way of the present appeal filed under Section 5 of the Kerala High Court Act, 1958, the appellant has challenged the judgment dated 11.01.2024, delivered by the learned Single Judge in the captioned W.P.(C) No.29736/2022.
2.After arguing for some time, the appellant sought permission to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal and raise all contentions there.
Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, reserving the appellant's liberty to move the Debt Recovery Tribunal and raise all contentions before that forum.
