SHOBA ANNAMMA EAPEN, J.
This appeal is filed by the appellant challenging the decree and judgment passed by the Land Acquisition Reference Court in L.A.R.No.57/2010 by fixing the land value in respect of the garden land at the rate of Rs.3,00,000/- per cent. Aggrieved by the fixation of the land value by the court below, the appellant has filed this appeal.
2. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and the appellant has received the entire amount due under the land acquisition proceedings. It is further submitted that, the appellant has filed I.A.No.1/2022 to refund the entire court fee of Rs.1,69,928/- which has been paid before this Court for the purpose of prosecuting the appeal.
L.A.A.No.332/2014 3 We are of the view that since the matter has been settled between the parties, the appellant is entitled to get refund of entire court fee paid before this Court. Hence, this appeal is disposed of, recording the settlement.
