                    KARTHIKAPALLY TALUK.

     RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT:
               1. RAJEENA, AGED 47 YEARS, W/O. SHAJI, PATHAZHAPARAMPU HOUSE, KIZHAKKEKARA
                    THEKKU MURI, THRIKKUNNAPUZHA VILLAGE, KARTHIKAPPALLY TALUK-690 516.

            Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the
     High Court be pleased to stay the operation and execution of the judgment and decree dated
     01.08.2014 in OS.No.209/2008 on the file of the Munsiff Court, Haripad, confirmed in
     AS.111/2014 of the Additional District Court-II,Mavelikkara, pending disposal of the Second
     Appeal.

            This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the
     affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 31-03-2022 and upon hearing the
     arguments of M/S.S.SANAL KUMAR, BHAVANA V and T.J.SEEMA, Advocates for the petitioner and
     of Sri. B.RENJITH KUMAR,Advocate for the respondent, the Court passed the following:


                                                      ORDER

Interim stay already granted is extended for two months. in the meantime, call for LCR.
