        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings of the operation of judgment in OP 553/2018, on the file of
   Family Court, Vatakara, till the final disposal of the above case.

   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
